Re: Phoenix Housing "on the Mend" That's an interesting article, although I wouldn't say it describes the Phoenix market as being on the mend. More like, now is a great time to buy. Seems a little biased to me.
Nonetheless, glad to see our housing market improving. It needs it.

Re: Phoenix Housing "on the Mend" I don't want to alarm anyone, but this article was just posted a few days ago saying the market has NOT hit rock bottom yet. Maybe Phoenix is immune to these predicitions, given how fast and hard we grew and fell, but I wanted to caution everyone. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000142 ... eftTopNews

Re: Phoenix Housing "on the Mend" the zillow report for my neighborhood just sent me an email saying my "zestimate" went up 1.5% in the last quarter. i think that's good news!
