Post State Budgets - A Day of Reckoning
There is something very alarming most people aren't talking about as it relates to economic recovery - state and local municipalities filing for bankruptcy. Meredith Whitney, a highly successful businesswoman who predicted the housing market crash/disaster, says our country is on track to see 100+bankrupcy filings this spring. VERY troubling and could very well mean thousands and thousands of jobs lost in the next several months.

Did you even watch the interview on 60 Minutes?! What about that to you seems to be blown out of proportion. This stuff is going down whether you chose to believe it or not.

I don't think it's about scare tactics, either. The deficits speak for themselves. The money isn't there and governors and lawmakers can't just magically make it appear. This is a very real situation affecting more of us than we think.
